We advise investors, funds and portfolio companies on policy, privacy, trust & safety and market-adoption risks that may not be visible in traditional legal, commercial or financial diligence. Our work includes diligence on AI transparency, child and student privacy, trust & safety, education-sector risk, district and institutional trust, stakeholder pressure and related adoption risk; fund and portfolio briefings; founder and executive advisory sessions; board preparation; and practical policy and governance playbooks. We also help identify patterns across portfolios and facilitate targeted introductions and strategic engagement with policymakers, NGOs, standards bodies and coalition leaders when doing so can strengthen credibility, address adoption barriers or help companies navigate emerging regulatory and stakeholder pressure.
