Nissen Consulting, P.C. combines experience in privacy, social media, Internet and digital media matters (including, online safety, user-generated content, and copyright), business law, technology licensing, and product development and review to provide clients with a comprehensive set of services and advice. We also help companies establish key public policy and government relationships and assist with business development initiatives, including making key introductions, managing complex contract negotiations and closing deals. Based in San Francisco, we work with a diverse clientele of entrepreneurs, start-ups and established companies, located in California and elsewhere.

Founder & President, Jill Nissen, has over 20 years of experience working in both large law firms and in-house in Silicon Valley and Washington D.C.
